The truth first: the Capsule Community is not just a community—it’s the start of a movement:

Why, you might ask? Only 2 in 5 women are actively involved in financial decisions—and I was one of them. Impostor syndrome, lack of confidence, and no one to talk to. Financial decisions felt like panic, guilt, and overwhelm.
The reason? No one ever taught me, and there was no one to exchange experiences with or ask for advice. Once I dropped the myth that finance is witchcraft or rocket science, it became simpler: common sense, patience, and information.
There was one important lesson I learned: a circle of like-minded women would have made all the difference—to navigate change, step into new responsibilities, feel heard, and build habits that are hard to develop alone.
This is why the Capsule Community has set out to redefine peer power: Transformation inspired through dialogue, shared experience, and support.

Weekly discussions on topics without a moderator. Once a month, members suggest topics, which are put to a vote, with the selected ones shaping the next session.

Every other Saturday, Harper hosts a tea. A Q&A to answer your questions. Participation is limited to 15 members, first-come, first-served.
VIP Day
Invited experts host a full-day session with a lecture, a discussion, open Q&A, and time for private conversations. Participation is limited to 20 members, with places allocated by draw after registration
The circle
A curated space for dialogue with the Mentoressa on current topics. Only mentees and Priority Pass owners may register; final participants will be selected by invitation.
